in 2021 and subsequent years, our college will against the backdrop of all challenges, implement an effective turnaround Strategy that will take cognizance of all variables of functionality, accountability on state resources, development of a set of minimum performance standards and adopt a differentiated approach in order to realize our theme for 2022.

The theme for this year is “Turning the spade and breaking the ground towards academic excellence and an improved organizational culture” 2022 is the year of hard and dedication towards improvement of college results. As a college, students and lectures included our performance is measured through the results. Let us improve therefore!

In order to give life to our theme for 2022, the following Strategies due for implementation are worth mentioning: Staff development towards improved organizational culture and service delivery; 80% pass rate across programmes and levels;80% class attendance supported by the installation of a Biometric System at all campuses, in every lecture hall and workshop;provision of adequate Teaching and Learning Support Material upon registration; adequate resources of key functions at the college andhaving all students and all Lectures in class upon reopening of the colleges.
